Steve Josey
Football, Bowling, and Track - Coaching at EDS since 2014
Coach Josey is a native of Augusta and attended Greenbrier HS. There he played football. He attended Georgia Military College and currently works at Georgia Bank and Trust. Coach Josey has coached football and baseball at EDS and Columbia County Recreation Department. When not coaching he enjoys playing the drums with and without his band.
Biography:
David has been around and involved in sports his entire life. Both as a player and a coach. David attended Lakeside High School, from there played college football at the University of Virginia and one year at Western Carolina, from there played five years professionally. Since hanging up the cleats in 2005 David has coached youth sports for the past twelve years including Pop Warner football, Complete Game baseball, rec baseball, church league basketball, and youth soccer. David Rivers has been a parent of an EDS student for the past eight years. Carolina (EDS ‘20), Caitlyn (EDS ‘22), and Henry (EDS ‘25)
